Help with Steelyard PDF Invoices

Open the app in Shopify admin. In Branding, set your business name, address, accent color and optional PNG/JPEG logo. Choose Classic or Compact and A4 or Letter, then save.

Choose an order and preview it. Download its invoice or packing slip to issue and save a document. Saved documents retain the original order and branding for 90 days. Reprints do not use extra allowance.

Plans

Free includes 25 new orders per UTC calendar month. Pro costs USD 6.99 per month, includes 500 new orders, and supports batches of up to 10. Eligible stores receive a seven-day trial. Shopify displays final subscription terms and handles approval and billing. No automatic overage charges. Changes do not reset monthly usage. Use Plans in the app to change or cancel your plan through Shopify.

Limits

English documents using supported Latin characters; up to 250 line items per order. Recent order access covers Shopify’s standard 60-day window. Saved documents remain available within the 90-day retention period. Logos must be PNG or JPEG, at most 1 MB and 16 megapixels. We reproduce recorded Shopify amounts; we do not calculate taxes, collect invoice payments, send customer emails, or certify legal invoice compliance.
